We’ve recently updated the Support section of our website to allow on-line diagnosis of support queries related to Testifire and Solo 365.
This new section of the site quickly seeks to resolve support related queries through a series of questions and visuals. It means, some of the most popular support topics can now be resolved on site – without the need to consult the user manual or technical support and allows us to provide a better level of service outside of business hours.
As well as providing a solution to the query, the section also includes links to relevant support videos from our Toolbox Talk series – further supporting the ability to quickly resolve any issues diagnosed.
More topics will be added to section of the site in the coming weeks and month, in the meantime check out the topics covered for Testifire and Solo 365.
